These PYRAMIDS are the largest in the world. THE CITY OF THE MAYAN KINGS was discovered, 1000 B.C. They are up north in Peten where the lush jungle is, so if you ever want to go there, first you have to take a plane from Guatemala City to Flores, Peten, then a car one and a half hours to Carmelita where you load your gear in Mules and then WALK  for two and a half days inside the jungle and then the whole procedure back. The best way is to take a Helicopter from Flores which would be like 45 min. and back.
